The Following Terms Apply to WHOSALE accounts only. Please read carefully!

Ordering Process
We aim to make the ordering process as easy and user friendly for you as possible. You must be a registered user to view this site. All registration applications need to be approved before an account is activated. This may take between 3-5 business days. Once an account is activated, you may place your first order (Please refer to Minimum order Value). Payment Terms
All payments will be made upon placing an order and only through the Paypal account provided. No Cash or cheques are accepted.All prices are listed in Euros. Payments in other currencies will be submitted to a currency converter at the rates in vigour at the time the order is placed. Any refunds will be made in Euros, at the rates in vigour at the time of the refund. RCC will not be liable for any losses incurred due to currency fluctuations.

MSRP
Products or goods purchased from RCC should only be sold within the minimum and maximum suggested retail price (MSRP). In order to avoid conflicting with our valued customer’s (that’s you) interests , RCC commits to never selling individual pieces at less than 3.5 times their wholesale price, and we request our vendors price them at, at least, twice the wholesale price, or anywhere in between.

Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros. Prices shown upon entering the site without registering are retail prices. To view wholesale prices, please login to your Member Account. Only active, approved vendors with a RCC account will have access to wholesale pricing.

Shipping
All Shipping shall be done through the courier contracted by RCC (UPS) and shipping costs will be added to every order’s invoice. Members will be able to choose from a menu of shipping options, depending on their requirements. If a member chooses to use an alternative shipping method (i.e. a different courier company) they may do so at their own expense. PLEASE NOTE THAT RCC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS/DAMAGE INCURRED TO ORDERS WHEN THE CUSTOMER ARRANGES ALTERNATIVE SHIPING METHODS.

Damages and Defects
All products of Rusty Cyborg Creations are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact Rusty Cyborg Creations at sales@rustycyborgcreations.com, within 5 days of receipt to report damaged or defective shipments. Any unused product found to be defective at the time of purchase may be exchanged for an equivalent item, or for credit at our discretion. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt. Returns of non-defective merchandise not resulting from a shipping error may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Please do not return any goods before contacting Rusty Cyborg Creations. When sending jewelry back for returns or repairs:Jewelry must be sterilized and clean of any biological matter, as we are unable to fully process jewelry on site. If any jewelry that is sent to us that still contains any biological matter, it will be returned for processing. All items must be individually sealed in sterile packs and clearly labeled with the indicator showing they have been processed. Jewelry must be sent back to us in a bubble mailer or properly padded in a box to ensure safe arrival. We strongly encourage adding insurance when shipping packages. Any items lost in transit will not be credited or replaced.

Delivery Window
Delivery and time frames will be determined at the time an order is placed. This can be anywhere between 2 - 6 weeks. If you require delivery by a certain date please contact us to discuss it when placing your order. Please refer to our delivery options page for more information.

Exclusivity
Approval is needed before becoming a Rusty Cyborg Creations stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. If a re-order is not placed within 6 months, we will consider the stockist time to be lapsed and exclusivity will be void.
